wow, this is fascinating and so applicable to so many things in life! gives a whole new meaning to letting the past go or rewriting it. shifting realities seems much easier than changing a solid habit or way of being. thanx!!!!!!!!!
thank you, personally i have quit one day and i said 'when i'm gonna smoke one more time something bad will happen to my girlfriend' and also i was pissed for myself for smoking, so that put the energy as well, it was enough, after that commitment there was no detox, there were no cravings, there was nothing, because i would never allow something bad to happen to my girlfriend, now would i? I understood year later that in regards to everything the full commitment to decition removessomeobstacles
I smoked three packs of Camels a day (sometimes four packs) for over 15 years. One night I just decided out of the blue that I was going to quit. I told my wife and she of course didnt believe me, because cigs were my entire life. Found a site called Never Take Another Puff, and I followed it. Its been over six years now, and I have never had a single cig since! Bashar is completely RIGHT. What a fantastic resource for us here!!
