I started to use the e-ciggs about a month now.... best $70 dollars i've ever spent in my life. I don't miss anything about smonking tobacco. I'm breathing better...no coughing ... no more chest pain. Thanks to who ever invented this product

@equcoe The "smoke" you see come out of the E-Cigarette is nothing more than water vapor. Which is no more harmful than a foggy day. I am not a smoker but have done some research on them. The only and most harmful part of this product is the fact that these have nicotine in it which is a stimulant and an addictive one at that. The E-Cigarette also has been engineered to take NON-nicotine cartridges. So weening yourself off cigarettes would be fairly easier.

the vapor given off would still not be safe sround those with the following, but limited too, upper respiratory issues:
    asthma
    bronchitis
    COPD
    emphysema
    pnuemonia
    sinusitis

they are affected by any type of gas, smoke or vapor

please don't be fooled into thinking that they are safe around people with any upper respiratory issue

Nicotine itself is very poisonous but when it's in the form of pyridinealkaloid (liquid) it contains no bad chemicals. It only raises ur blood preasure and makes it dangerous for those who suffer heart diseases. In fact, nicotine supports ur learning process by creating dopamine in ur brain :P I think this is a great thing. Much better choice than the original one... Smoking is a nice habit. Easy way to hook up with a girl in bar....

Wel, you might think how much one industrial country makes money for selling normal cigarettes.... You really think government will let you easily to by these products? Hell no.... Only in Finland the tax incomes for selling cigarettes is about 600 million euros... And I hope u know how small this place is. The product itself is safe. All the chemicals in it don't really cause heath problems (according to our professor). The reason why it's getting banned is MONEY.. Greedy son of a bitchezzz

I cant believe how we enforce the use of drugs...
It will still make you an addict. This is like the government advertising Liquid Crack or Herorine. since they been wasting money doing the things they do today, they figure lets kill more americans while making some money on them some more. How well is this product doing in Asia ? and What are the harmful effects of using Nicotine ?

The use of nicotine is associated with insulin resistance (Diabetes)
Nicotine change the way the liver works, it accelerate the elimination of caffeine, certain medication like certain anti-depressant, anti-psychotics, and many more.
Nicotine is addictive by triggering the release of dopamine in the brain, changing the chemical balance in the brain... Read up on it, nicotine is not all that safe....

the FDA approved a drug you can take to keep from smoking, but it causes thoughts of suicide. The FDA has approved drugs for people with heart conditions that CAUSE heart attackes. In my opinion I think the FDA should be investigated and they should leave my e-smoke ALONE. I've been e-smoking since April, and plan to continue :)

I'll tell you what they are afraid of... It's KIDS smoking. Remember candy cigs? they took those off the shelves because of kids. It's sad that adults are ran by children. I am a pac a day smoker until I got my Ecig and from that day on I'm down to 5 real cigs a day. THIS IS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO CIGARETTES AND CIGARS, HENSE THE FLAVORS!!!! Keep them on the market for the consumer to decide!!!

also there are a huge number of amazing products on the market for various things such as nioxin shampoo and a few special lotions and guess what nioxin has been proven to help people recover from hairloss better than almost anything else on the market.. the fda isnt everything. and sometimes they analize things so much to find the bad that they completely neglect all the good.
i would rather have 40 million americans getting alittle extra nicotine than in hospitals with cancer.

the fact is that they come in all the traditional strengths of normal cigarettes and just like with real cigarettes wether your a chain smoker or you just smoke one every now an then during the day the nicotine consumption is at the desire of the smoker.. plus some companys sell them with the mg of nicotine on the cartridge so as for me. I can smoke anywhere. my fiance is happy no more arguments about quitting, my urge is fulfilled and im not worried about getting cancer when i smoke it..

pah to your FDA and our NHS, I been using my ecig for 4 weeks now. I feel better, smell better, breath better, smell and taste my food and drink better, even sleep better. Oh by the way I was smoking 40 to 50 real ciggies a day. not had one since I stated using the ecig. It looks as if these things not only help you quit but they seem to have health benifits as well.
what are the fda and goverments scared of I wonder???
