RIGHT ON...
It turns out the 15 is alright. I also got an assortment since I posted that. 18 gauge is the smallest I find useable. BUT, I'm mostly using the syringes for topping off and dripping at home now. For filling/refilling cartos I've been converted to the cart condom method. Works better IMO.

I've got a syringe on order. Watching your video, I think I may have ordered the wrong needle though, I hope not. The ones on the way are 15 gauge blunt tip. I bought some disposables at the drug store. They were 24 gauge with a hypodermic tip, but they're too fine to allow drawing the juice, so I tried the bigger needle. Now, I'm thinking 15 is probably too big.
