she don't smoke since this. Portia also don't smoke.

I think she keeps young because she laughs so much. Laughter is the best medicine.

The crying is when she is having an associated feeling around a negative event in her past, that is so realistic to her and so powerful, she has what is known as, an " abreaction ".
Which is simply an abnormal reaction and the client can be steered away from that feeling very quickly.
It's a part of the therapeutic process and it's probably those dark moments in a clients past, that trigger the urge to smoke.

because this wasnt meant to be a joke and it was real and she was asked to remember all the times she was suffering from smoking. thats why.

My thoughts to why she was crying is probably because she was overwhelmed with those negative feelings.
