Yes it is awesome with the vapor. I just have had so much problems with their customer service. They play stupid and act like it's your fault. They don't wanna comp crap. Now I have to pay to send back this second fault battery for a new one. Getting yelled at by the rep was the icing on the cake for me. I wanted to blame it on xmas rush you know. But yelling at a customer is a NO NO!

i just got mine in today. i didnt have any problems with my order so hopefully i wont have to call customer service cuz i have heard they arent that great, but so far im blown away by it. it works great.

I can't complain enough about how over priced this product is. How much their costumer service stinks. The e cig is pretty dang good. It's a bummer the company is so air headed. They sent my kit to the wrong house, sent wrong products, and have yet to send the rest of my order. Also one rep got loud and yelled at me. I will be returning my kit as soon as my new kit gets here from another company.
