2:36 "Hypnosis has helped many celebrities quit smoking" - you Americans and your celebrities LOL
From the point of view of a heavy tobacco addict, this could help people that are just starting to smoke. I´m liking this channel, subbed.

This video will never help anyone. Most generic advice ever...Clearly no understanding of addiction

making a day and telling everyone doesnt work it just puts you under pressure. i just started again and i stopped for about a month >:(
the main reason was i couldnt get one off anyone when i just needed ONE. so i had to go out and buy a pack, you see they wouldnt give me one single one because they were trying to help.

You sir, are the only one to make a logical debate... I have never smoked multiple days in a row, nor smoked many 'packs' for many years. So since I have not been to the extreme, I cannot judge the extreme. But from my experience with cigarettes, the 'cravings' I experienced were easily overcome by my willpower... However, I do find I have a lot stronger willpower than most people I know... So that probably contributes to the 'easy' experience I had.

Calling me pathetic because I called you a "noob" is a LAUGH OUT LOUD retarded thing to do/say/declare. As I said to W4N4B3L3G3ND, even if I was 12, my ability to overcome this smoking addiction with a 12 year old's willpower would further more show how much of a "noob" you all are! Pwnt by your own words? I thought so... (must be embarassing too getting pwnt by a 12 year old?)

a quick look at any videos in my profile would show you im not a child. However, ill play your pathetic game... Assuming I was a child, my point would hold even more validity as children typically have weaker willpower and less self-control... So if I had of started smoking as a child, and then overcame it with my willpower, that would show how weak you 'attempting quitters' actually are.

Exactly you moron, "the second I started to actually get cravings" you said, its not either your're addicted or not, if you've bin smoking a pack a day for 10 years, its much different then smoking a pack a day for 5 years, also depending on stress level and actual life happiness, people will get nicotine withdrawals till the point of literal sickness.
