Oprah’s Quit-Smoking Ambush!

Oprah's promo team hit the streets of Chicago looking for a few diehard smokers. We asked them why they smoked and challenged them to get with the program and make this the year they quit. Before posting a comment, please review our House Rules: www.oprah.com

Hi everyone..I quit smoking with the help of this guy. His videos and advice are awsome. So simple yet so powerful.
I see that his guy has helped alot of people in the short time he has been around judging by the comments he gets. If you need a little help go check him out. Just type "theexsmoker2008" in the search. You will see Anthony there. He is funny and straight to the point.
    Good luck

I don't believe that someone who smokes will ever just suddenly want to quit, you just have to do it because you should. I quit 3 weeks ago. I did not really want to quit, I enjoyed smoking, but I am not dumb, it's bad for you and 20 plus years was more than enough.

If you're a smoker, QUIT while you can. It may not be the worst habit, but certainly, one of the deadliest. Turn it over to a higher power and stick with your decision, in spite everyday challengers. ACCEPT all the help/support you can get. ORAL med's avail. by doc's script to ease your transition.

Aug08 will be 8 months free. It's wasn't all smooth sailing, but I'M SO GRATEFUL & THRILLED TO BE OVER IT COMPLETELY. HOORAY! I HAVE NO INTENTION ON GOING BACK TO CANCER STICKS EVER AGAIN. TY

I just watched your video. I have to tell you that you cannot sing. You also have no star quality. So I hope you don't think you're going to make it big. YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO SMOKING.
