Stop while you're ahead, those of you who still insist on smoking. My grandfather quit when he was in his 50s and he lived another 30 years to see all of his grandkids come into the world.

When he quit he was a very staunch anti-smoker. Cold turkey was how he did it. I don't know about today, though with all the crap that's being put into cigarettes now.

that probably is the correct amount of tar that ciggarette smoke creates, but it's amazing how much of it gets cleaned out of you, time and time again, but there's still alot of tar in your lungs, but still like someone after 30 years of smoking and still living, it really baffles me just how strong our bodies are, and i hate seeing people push it to the limit it's like i can feel what there body feels like and it's kinda scary.
