Great comment! I quit 14 years ago and it was hard. I was always trying to, and nothing was worse that people pressuring you to do something that you want to do anyway but are struggling to do so. I did it on my own determinism – not somebody elses!
BTW it was the best thing I ever did; and I did it one day at a time – worked for me.

don’t send that to your smoker friends. a smoker who is constantly being pressured to quit will just get pissed. and dont call them smokers. they happen to smoke. you eat now and then, but we don’t call you an “eater” like it’s dirty. Just let “smokers” decide to quit on their own, when they’re ready, and then just support them. if you pressure them, it will just piss them off.
