It usually comes with nicotine in it so they wont sell to a minor but if you don't smoke and are of legal age you can get the liquid without nicotine. It's not something to recommend to a non smoker.

I'm able to get way better vapor on a 4081 too. Once you nail those things down, they just truck. I thought i was the only one. still love the 401 though.

My 401 is always in my pocket, way less upkeep...

Yup that was a Blue LED

Sean does that a lot when he smokes his e-cig he swears by it. I don't think it makes a difference.
