no it does not
not really, they literally inhaled a gaseous form of nicotine, but that's it, no burning or smoke. The health effects are the same as nicotine gum, which in of itself is only a stimulant, as harmful as caffeine. its the burning in a cigarette that causes all the bad stuff.

how does this shit work? i left america about 5 years ago to live in asia,,, i came back a few months ago and when i landed in la saw some guy smoking a cig in the airport and no smke was coming out...first off i knew smoking wasnt allowed inside airports...second ther was no smoke... i was like wtf is going on here lol
