The Copper Electronic Cigarette from Atmosusa.biz FOLLOWUP / FINAL REVIEW
Firstly , thank you so much Rick for the loaners… i’m sending … most of them back toyou. you guys know me , and i will always give my honest no BULLS**T opinion and i will never betray the reviewer / viewer trust i have worked to build with my subscribers. I have no vested interest in any of the suppliers who choose to send me products to review , and i would never and WILL never offer to give a good review in order to get receive free products or devices I’m not sure what else to say , the Copper is one durable 6v vaping machine. The mouth activation really does become very natural , i have not really put this thing down since it arrived. 5 hours or so on 2 charged CR2 batteries is not bad in my opinion , remember i’m not a heavy heavy vaper , i do put my PV down for up to 30 min at a time. Like i said in the video , the only real downside i could find was that i like to keep my pv’s stored atomizer side down sometimes when i’m out and about , to keep the atomizer from flooding. This method wont work with the copper as it will activate and possibly kill the atomizer , not to mention put quite a strain on the batteries. drip away , keep the atty nice and moist , and the copper will really perform for you. If you are looking for an insanely durable 6v device , i would highly recommend The Copper thanks again Rick!!
ohhh , Dexter is one of the few shows that i watch as it’s aired , just waiting for season 5 to start! it’s going to be crazy lol
haha if the copper was actualy copper instead of brown marks on the thing itself there would be green on your hands
it looks ok but from your reaction it sounds god like XD i cant say i like the hex one its a bit ironic that you said they can explode as the second you showed the hex one i thought it looked like a pipe bomb
keep the awesome vids coming (i added you on the e cig forum im rflano) how far have you watched dexter im just finishing the trinity series ?
That’s what I figured, and I don’t let it color my opinion of the mod. I guess the main reason I wasn’t worried about getting it fixed, is that I really just don’t like the way you have to operated the switch. Just my personal preference. I’m going to give it to my mechanic, I’m trying to get him interested in modding… heh, heh, free mods!
dude… that sucks , mine has been working fine , i don’t use it every day , but i do use it at least a few times a week. No problems. Maybe you got a bunk spring in there.
Hey Grimm,
Now that you’ve had your Copper for a couple of months, are you still using it regularly? How is that spring in the switch doing? Mine got weak after about 3 weeks, and would activate if horizontal (so you couldn’t lay it down). I think the weight of the stem/atty/cartridge tilted the stem enough to make contact with something inside. I’m sure atmosusa would have fixed it for me, but I didn’t want to deal with that every 3 or 4 weeks, so I just put it in a drawer.
Thanks!
Thank you very much. So the first thing in the “more info” box , on the right hand side is the date the video was uploaded. The 510 is a good choice , Sounds like you’re on the right track , all those devices are considered “MODS” and they are all pretty solid. Puresmoker also has the prodigy V2 coming out soon , which will be 5v.
Just 2 things. Great reviews, but:
1) Add a date to the video somewhere?
2) Do some review of vendors. There are SO many.
I’m new to this, but a 30 year analogs. Argh!
I think I’m sold on the 510… (Titan?)+ a PV… SB, SD, Prodigy, or Copper. Its all pretty confusing. From what Ive seen so far, its seems that versatility (3.7 OR 5 V) in one device is a consideration. No 6v (yet).
I plan to start with carts, and progress from there. Any thoughts? Anyone?
Thanks for the great reviews!

Kinda sounds like your atty is dying , i recently had a dying 510 atty on my copper , the draw was stiff , and i was not getting good vapor. I swapped it out for a new atty and the vapor production was insane. You might just need a new atty.
My Copper has had a slight drop in vapour since I got it (not as thick and dense anymore), even with fully charged batteries. Sometimes I adjust the tightness of the atty since it does increase the vapour production slightly when a bit looser, but then leakage becomes a problem. Then if its too tight, drags are harder and overheats quicker. I tend to push the switch with my teeth then hold the atty with my fingers so I can get a good open jaw mouthful. Bit awkward wen I push switch wiv fingers.
BTW I forgot to add I never press this on my teeth. LOL. I use 2 fingers to press down on the atty. P.S. I like the RS Britney cover behind you. I have that issue some where around here.
I bought a “COPPER” about a month ago. I love this thing also! I chose the 510 option, since that’s what im stocked up on. I’m still using 1 of the original copper colored atomizers that Rick sent with the kit. I think the key to NOT killing the atty is NOT getting it to hot. I take about 4-5 puffs and let it cool off for a few min. This thing produces MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF VAPOR!
ouch , i’m not sure buddy , i have never killed an atomizer at 6 volts. I don’t think over dripping would kill it. The atomizer also might not be “dead” there is a chance the center post just got pushed up to far to make contact. Or there is juice on the bottom connection also. Try using a paperclip to pull the center post in the atty down a little bit. And make sure the connections are clean , sometimes i use rubbing alcohol to clean them.
Damn! I killed another atomizer, fresh 1 in 3 days use. I kept it wet like u mentioned and it was goin very well, then I went to take a puff and nothing. Down to my last 2 atomizers, is it possible that I dripped too much? It does leak through the connector a little. Oh and Merry Christmas!
hmm , i’m not sure. I use the same green ultrafire CR2 batteries with no issues , i have heard of a battery called a LIFEPO ? that is the same dimensions as a CR2 , but is also protected.
The copper comes with 2 ultrafire cr2 batteries, I have heard they are poor quality batteries at best and I received my copper in the mail and am getting maybe 40 min of medium vaping, any thoughts on some better quality rechargable cr2 batteries and where I could pick some up?
i’ll tell you what i tell everyone , KEEP THAT ATTY WET! almost flooded. also take shorter drags and you should be good to go dude!
Its finally arrived! I LOVE IT! Unfortunately I managed to kill the atty I was using in my old e cig within 5 vapes of the copper, but luckily I had my spare pack of atties. Any tips on preserving the life of atties? Thnx for recommending by the way!
yeah i have a bitch of a time finding carts that fit , i bought a few of those T-Tip mouthpices , they are machined out of brass… never melt , always fit… pretty amazing if you are a dripper.
Thnx! One other thing, is there any danger of over heating it so that the nicotine cartridge or mouthpiece will start melting since it is 6 volts. The mouthpiece of my current e cig (a shitty cheap super mini) tends to get looser as its used, then when I put on a new mouthpiece its tighter than a virgins ass.
yeah the copper is a super juice hog , but it’s REALLY worth it to me. Be sure to keep that atty nice and wet , almost flooded.
Great reviews! Im gettin my hex copper in the mail 2moro. I notice that the screwdriver gives off about the same amount of vapour and u mentioned that its a heavy drinker of juice, is it the same story wiv the copper?
COOL! yeah i love my Copper , such a well made durable mod. Glad you are enjoying yours as well!
I just received a Copper in the mail today based off this review right here, and I have to say – I love it! I got the 6 volt 510 hex model, and this is my first PV ever. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long life of vaping and starting down the road to stop smoking analogs for good!
oh snap! i know right , Dexter season 5 is going to be crazy! , as far as the polishing goes… not yet , i have gone to the store a few times to look for some Brasso polish , but cant seem to find it anywhere. mine is getty pretty grungy these days also. When i get some , i’ll do a before and after video.
Hey Grimm, have you tried polishing it since this review? Mine’s also getting darker and would like your feedback on that.
side note – Watch dexter’s finale yesterday. EPIC!
